In our continuing efforts to enhance our services and grow our organization, Safety Compliance Services has acquired RescueRIG based in Phoenix Arizona. RescueRIG was established by Phoenix firefighter Pat Rhodes in 1997, as an organization specializing in technical rope access and rescue training. RescueRIG has built an excellent reputation by providing outstanding customer service while providing unparalleled training expertise in their field. (More information on fire/rescue services provided by RescueRIG may be found at www.rescuerig.com ). These are the core values of Safety Compliance Services and one of the primary reasons we chose to acquire RescueRIG as our vehicle to providing expertise in this highly specialized area of training. We believe this acquisition will greatly enhance what we can provide to our clients as well as allow us to attract new clients with a need for highly technical rope access and rescue training, including the rapidly growing wind turbine field.
Pat will be coming into our company as the Director of Technical Rescue Training and will work closely with Mike Hart, who is being promoted to Director of Industrial Safety Training. RescueRIG will keep its identity with its focus as a technical rope rescue instructor’s networking organization while its clients will continue to receive the same outstanding service that have been accustomed to under RescueRIG with Safety Compliance Services, Inc. RescueRIG brings an impressive list of clients and accomplishments, including;
Fire Department technical rescue teams throughout the U.S.
Tower rescue training for several large utilities
Training of Urban Search and Rescue Teams (US&R) under FEMA
Training for the U.S. Department of Interior, including the technical rescue team at Grand Coulee Dam
